Hello! My name is Samantha (Sam) Hill and welcome to my blog!

A Little About Me...

I am a graduate student at University of North Carolina Wilmington earning my master's degree in English! I love to read and write—the main reason I started this blog—and I enjoy sharing my smaller pieces of work!

I am a parent to a little grey kitty—she is 12 and my best friend—and I love to spend my time in coffee shops, exploring bookstores, crafting, reading, and. most importantly, writing. 

​

I am working on my goal of writing my first book along with pursing my professional career in journalism. I have been on my writing journey for the past two years now and I am so excited to see where it takes me in the future.

About the Blog 

I write an array of content stemming from book and media reviews, personal reflections, as well as short stories that I write to help keep my creative juices flowing. You may see some essay type content appear here and there but that is a rare occasion. ​​
